Neil Mason FRICS
Neil has been involved with commercial property work as a Chartered Surveyor at local, regional and national levels for over 45 years.
He started his career at the Milton Keynes Development Corporation before joining Jones Lang in London. He moved to Northamptonshire in the mid 1970s to a private practice, then becoming a main board director at William H Brown, leading the firm's commercial property practice.
After leaving William H Brown he established a private commercial property investment company. On the sale of the company to a private investor, Neil then founded Fellside Estates in 2004.
Neil is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and an RICS Registered Valuer.
Tom Mason MRICS ACIArb
Tom manages the overall direction of the Fellside Estates portfolio and the day-to-day running of the company.
An experienced Chartered Surveyor, he identifies and develops new opportunities and deals with all development projects, disposals and acquisitions. Tom joined Fellside in 2006.
Tom is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), a RICS Registered Valuer and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb).
Rebecca Mason ACMA
As Finance Director at Fellside Estates, Rebecca is a highly experienced management accountant who is responsible for the company’s finances. She joined the company in 2010 from Eon and became a Director in 2014.
Rebecca is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Laura Seago
Laura is a non executive Director and provides input at Board level in relation to the direction of the company and investment decisions.
Laura became a Director in 2014.
